Wow, I am so glad.

So glad that today is over. Well, the working part of the day that is. I woke up at 4:30am this morning. From my little scare the other night, the last two nights of sleep have been terrible. Restless. I was dragging today. On top of that, my throat is hurting me. It started hurting last night and just got worse today. I ended up leaving work early. They had extra help anyway.

Bry called me this morning! Got to talk to him for a few minutes before I had to go and help clean up. I miss him! And if he is home before June 16th, we get to go on the New Mexico trip. His family goes on a few trips every summer. I have only been on one. The New Mexico trip, two years ago. I.LOVED.IT. (periods for emphasis!) It will be so nice to go back this summer with him and his family. So that means, Bry will be back in about a month!

Have I introduced you to Bryan yet? Well, here, here he (we) are..


That also means I have to kick up my workouts a bit. I haven't been running in a week. I pulled my hamstring last week and it has finally stopped hurting. I got some tips on proper stretching to do before and after a run. I hope it helps. I can't wait to run 3 miles again!! It felt so good to accomplish that. I am crossing my fingers for tomorrow! Hoping I don't pull my hamstring, again.

I am stuffed from dinner and so drained. The rest of my night will consist of surfing the web (twitter, facebook), emailing BB, and watching movies. Early night for me. Good night!

    I have a fitness question..how do you get lean legs? especially calves?? I've been strongly with my darn calves FOREVER!! and I don't know what I'm doing wrong..I'm hoping it's not genetic because that would just really suck.

    Lean legs... Hmmm, squats, lunges, and deadlifts. Also, heel rasises.
