Fill In The Blank Friday

I am slowly but surely learning the blogger way. Every one always posts fun little tidbits on random days throughout the week. I found one for Friday's. It is the perfect time to do this because I am feeling pretty crappy. My throat, on the right side, is sore and a bit swollen. Today, I slept in longer than I should have, still got in a 1 mile run. It went good even though I was sick. Let me just happily say, that I stretched SO WELL before and after my run, that my hamstring doesn't hurt!! Tonight I was supposed to meet up with M for "Cocktails For A Cause" but, I am feeling terrible and M had a terrible day. Raincheck!





1. The very best thing about summer is: Vacations! I am not a huge fan of summer. But I love going on vacation with BB and his family to New Mexico. I have only been once and it was so much fun. Blazing hot out, on a boat, in the water, and drinking cold beer. Ahhh :). I wish I had some photos to share with you from my first trip. But those pictures, along with that computer, are long gone :(.


2. My first crush ever was: Gosh, this takes me back. I would say my first crush was on a boy named Eric. I remember him from grade school. We were on and off boyfriend and girlfriend from grade school, right until high school started. He moved away. He said he would be back so we could be each others high school sweethearts and later get married and have kids. He never came back!


3.This may sound really silly but: I still sleep with my retainers in. Every night! I got my braces off, 3 years ago. But I am obsessed. My teeth still don't look as good as the day i got my braces off. I can thank my wisdom teeth for coming in and messing everything up. My little retainers can hold their own though :) For now.


4. I squeeze my toothpaste from: the top of the tube? I never really pay attention lol


5. My absolute favorite "comfort food' is: My grams Mac & Cheese, yummy cheesey gooeyness.


6. A random fact about me is that: & I just learned this about myself. But I am noticing that I HATE orange flavored....anything (i love OJ and oranges). It makes me gag. Ugh yuck! I was swishing with orange flavored Listerine at work the other day and, Ewwwie.


7. The one piece of technology that truly makes my life better and I couldn't live without is: My lappy :) I FINALLY got one from BB's awesome brother, the other B. I am IN LOVE with this laptop :)

Really hope I am feeling better by morning. I get to work all weekend. YAY. :(.
